Postage Stamp Pears is a new quilt pattern from Forage!
Our Postage Stamp Pears quilt features three different sized pears made from vintage linen and prints, some backed onto wool felt, which have been raw-edge appliquéd to a Tilda chambray fabric background along with a collection of postage-stamp sized embroideries.
The sweet little embroideries measure between one and three inches - hence the 'postage stamp' name, and are sprinkled throughout the background of each panel. The simple designs can be used individually or clustered together and the pattern includes a trace-off example for each one.
The pattern is a 20 page booklet which includes three tracing pattern inserts of the pears and leaves. There are full colour photo instructions on how to make the quilt as well a the embroideries.
It's available as a hard copy which is posted, a PDF where you'll be sent a download link, and we have a limited number of Tilda Chambray Packs for use on the background which can be purchased as a bundle with the paper pattern. They include 15 fat quarters of Tilda Chambray.
